 Prepare this light, flaky crust then simply pat into a 9" pie pan and bake. Fill with your choice of any cream pie filling. Or fill will pumpkin, pecan or fruit filling and bake. Need a top crust too? Simply make another batch and cover the top of the pie before baking.
